Return Policy

Returns and refunds are fully accepted over defective or faulty products.

Only size exchanges are accepted (color / collection / type of goods could not be exchanged).

Please ask our customer service to check on the product's availability.

The claim should be informed to Us within 72 hours (maximum) after the package is delivered to your address.
You will receive a Return Form after we got your claim. Send the form back to Us with the delivery receipt within 48 hours (maximum).
Send the package and the Return Form to TITIEN SOEDARSA address at Jl. Ketintang Selatan III No.31, 60231, Surabaya, Indonesia.
The returning process will proceed in 24 hours after we received your package.
If the item is not available for returning and exchange, we will process the refund.
Make sure the product is in good condition with no signs of it being used and the hangtag is not removed.
We could not accept your claim on any of our merchandise that does not comply with the returning/exchange terms and conditions.
All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reasons except defective or faulty product (if it’s not stated) and shipping error.
For SALE items with defective/ faulty product or shipping error, will be refunded with a shopping voucher.
